The Osteopathic Hub provides osteopathic and related healthcare services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Appointments
Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone or in person.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct service and practitioner are selected at the time of booking.
3. New Patients
Initial consultations are intended for new patients only.
Returning patients should book a follow-up appointment unless advised otherwise by a practitioner.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged at the full appointment fee.
5. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other patients.
The full appointment fee will still apply.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to update our prices at any time.
7. Medical Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information.
Failure to disclose relevant medical details may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.
8. Consent to Treatment
By attending your appointment, you consent to assessment and treatment.
You may withdraw consent at any time.
9. Liability
While we take all reasonable care, The Osteopathic Hub cannot guarantee specific treatment outcomes.
