I’m Bev Brooks.
I’m a fascia specialist and massage therapist based in Cirencester, offering nurturing, heart-centred treatments that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. My approach is gentle, collaborative and focused on helping you feel safe, supported and truly listened to throughout your care.
My Story
My journey as a therapist began in 2007 with Breathing Space in Cornwall, where I first developed my passion for bodywork and holistic care. In 2020, I returned to Gloucestershire to be closer to family and reconnect with life in the Cotswolds.
Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong background in voluntary and community support, including roles with Victim Support, Women’s Refuge and, currently, as a Samaritan volunteer. This experience has deeply shaped my compassionate, people-centred approach to therapy.
Over the years, I have developed a special focus on Myofascial Release (MFR) and continue to expand my skills through advanced training at the Jing School of Massage. In 2025 and 2026, I will be undertaking advanced masterclasses in Myofascial Release, Positional Release, Fascial Unwinding and Energy Awareness, ensuring my practice continues to evolve alongside the latest understanding of fascia and movement.
I find my work as a massage therapist deeply rewarding and value the trust, feedback and connections I build with my clients.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy distance running and proudly completed the London Marathon in 2018, an experience that further deepened my understanding of the body, resilience and recovery.
