My Story
I work as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist using a functional medicine, systems-based approach to help identify the root causes of ongoing symptoms, rather than focusing solely on surface-level concerns. I believe the body’s systems are deeply interconnected, and understanding these connections is key to creating meaningful, lasting change.
Rather than offering generic advice or restrictive diets, I take time to understand each individual’s health history, lifestyle and goals. My work often supports clients experiencing hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, fatigue, metabolic dysfunction, PCOS, PMS, endometriosis and perimenopause, helping them make sense of what may be driving their symptoms.
My approach is realistic and supportive, centred on personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit into everyday life. I aim to empower clients to take an active role in their wellbeing, building sustainable habits that feel achievable and enjoyable over time.
I hold a three-year professional diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London, and I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) (No. 8152) and the General Naturopathic Council (GNC). I am fully insured and experienced in one-to-one consultations, functional testing, and delivering group and corporate workshops.
As part of The Osteopathic Hub’s integrated team of health professionals, I bring a nutrition-led perspective to holistic care, supporting clients to feel better not only physically, but also emotionally and energetically.
