I’m David Daniels.
I’m a qualified Sports Massage Therapist based in Cirencester, supporting both active individuals and people with physically demanding or desk-based jobs. My approach is practical, focused and informed by real-life experience in sport, movement and injury management.

My Story

My professional background spans over 33 years of service in the Army and Police, during which time physical fitness and resilience played a central role in my working life. Alongside my career, I have always been actively involved in sport, including rugby, judo, squash, running and general fitness training.

After returning to running in late 2017, I completed several marathons as well as a 24-hour endurance event in Cirencester Park. Following a knee injury, I adapted my training and have since begun preparing for a 100 km indoor rowing challenge, reinforcing my understanding of injury management, recovery and adaptation.

As a Sports Massage Therapist, I have first-hand experience of the benefits of regular massage in maintaining physical health, supporting recovery and reducing the risk of injury. This insight strongly informs my work with clients, many of whom include sports participants, manual workers and office-based professionals experiencing work-related aches, pain and muscular tension.

I gained my ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage qualification at the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester, before progressing to Level 4 in 2018 and Level 5 in 2020, the highest nationally recognised qualification in Sports Massage Therapy. This advanced training allows me to provide effective, tailored treatment to support performance, recovery and everyday movement.
