I’m Anita Bullimore. I’m a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor with a passion for mindful movement and helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

My Story

Pilates began as a personal journey for me — a way to feel stronger, more aligned and more at ease in my body. Over time, that journey naturally grew into a passion for helping others experience the same benefits.

My approach is supportive, welcoming and completely tailored to you. I understand that every body is different, and whether you’re just starting out, returning to movement, or navigating changes in your body, I will meet you where you are.

As a qualified STOTT Pilates instructor, I focus on building strength, improving posture and helping you feel more connected to your body in a way that fits into your everyday life.

I am also a qualified pre and postnatal instructor, with a strong passion for supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and beyond. My aim is to help you feel your best, safely and confidently, in every trimester and during your recovery.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, I moved to England in 2018, where I now live with my family. I love spending time by the beach, cooking and baking for my family, and making time for my own movement whenever I can.
