Reflexology

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that works through specific reflex points on the feet, hands or face to support relaxation, circulation and overall wellbeing.
At The Osteopathic Hub in Cirencester, reflexology is used as a complementary treatment to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and support the body’s natural balance.

This deeply relaxing treatment is often chosen by patients experiencing stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, swelling, or ongoing health challenges. Reflexology can also be integrated alongside medical care to support wellbeing during recovery, pregnancy or long-term conditions.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and may incorporate traditional reflexology techniques, lymphatic reflexology and specialist adaptations depending on your needs.
